Jennifer Gatti played the half-Klingon, half-Romulan character of Ba'el in "Birthright, Part I" and "Birthright, Part II" on The Next Generation as well as Harry Kim's girlfriend, Libby, in the Voyager episode "Non Sequitur." She also has many other acting credits, including roles on Doogie Howser, M.D., Cheers, ER, The Young and the Restless, NCIS, Vice Principals, Swamp Thing, and The Resident.
